

Grammy nominated singer ‘Torica’ promotes new single ‘Whole Mood’ Labor Day weekend with a digital billboard drop in Hollywood at the intersection of Sunset Blvd and Doheny Dr right above the lounge One Oak. What an amazing day to shine the light on new music. The streets were packed, the malls were crowded and the makeup artists were booked and busy as this also was the kickoff weekend for the Beyoncé concert in Inglewood. It was just an awesome day to be in LA County. Love was in the air and the entire city was in a ‘whole mood’.
The Columbia, South Carolina born singer-songwriter Torica began singing in church at an early age, winning local talent shows which helped to develop her skills for captivating any type of audience. Though she attended Howard University for business marketing, deep down she always knew music was her calling. After finishing college, she landed a major label feature on the Grammy nominated, Billboard chart-topping hit, ‘Sick of Being Lonely’. by the Geffen rap duo, Field Mob, produced by Jazze Pha.
Torica has worked with Rick Ross, Monica, Snoop Dogg, Polow Da Don, Nitti Beats, The Clutch, Chris Hicks and countless other industry heavyweights. Her work led to a lucrative publishing deal with Warner Chappell and Grammy award-winning producer Bryan-Michael Cox (LVRN). Currently she’s in the studio working on a new EP, ‘A Whole Mood’ featuring production from Squat Beats, K Major, Go Grizz, Detroit Nix. Her EP is being executive produced by business mogul Dennis McKinley.
After leaving Los Angeles the ‘Whole Mood’ singer headed to Times Square in NYC for the next Billboard Drop promoting her single ‘A Whole Mood’. While everyone was celebrating Labor Day by not working; the hard working artist ‘Torica’ rather use her vacation to virtually promote her new single from city to city. The download for ‘A Whole Mood’ is available on all streaming platforms.
Prior to leaving for the West Coast Torica also dropped Billboards in her home town of Atlanta, GA. There is one that can be seen off N/Decatur/E Ponce De Leon Avenue and Buford Hwy/Carlyle Street.
