Atlanta has the highest percentage of black owned businesses in the nation, however many people aren’t aware of these businesses. Black Biz Bus Tours will be featuring Atlanta’s finest Black owned brands in a new, unique, & fun-filled way on November 17, 2023 from 4:00pm – 9:00pm. The mission of Black Biz Bus Tours is to promote self determination, social mobility, and economic prosperity by offering resources to help black businesses.
Power of Collaboration
Founded in May of 2023, by Our Dollars Matter Founder/ Senior Strategic Brand Manager, Zaina Ihenacho & Atl Tours Founder, Dwight McQueen. These two powerhouses became a collective and created Black Biz Bus Tours to develop a hands on approach to significantly change how Atlanta supports black owned businesses.

On Friday, November 17th, Black Biz Bus Tours will take passengers on a tour like no other, Sponsored by The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE). Passengers will first take a tour of RICE’s 54,000 square foot innovation space. They will then take a tour to four surprise Black-owned brick and mortar businesses in the Ponce City District where passengers will be given a warm welcome and receive a VIP experience. Passengers will take in views of the City of Atlanta and given the best photo opportunities of historical landmarks. They will also enjoy giveaways from participating sponsors, entertainment, networking, and have an amazing shopping experience. Amongst the passengers on this bus, will be RICE stakeholders, Atlanta Black Chambers, Atlanta Urban League, Influencers, CEOs, more.
