If you ask Fitness Enthusiast and Entrepreneur Candace Hawk what her weekend plans include, with black girl magic in her voice, she’ll respond – “getting paid and spreading the health”, culture speak for working out and eating clean, just like hundreds of other healthy living activists who fuel the emission of their black excellence with Spreading the Health juices at EFFECT Fitness in Atlanta, GA.
Hawk, who’s no stranger to entrepreneurship, introduced the Spreading the Health initiative circa 2016, in an effort to service the city’s African-American urbane communities with all-natural juices and recipes – leading toward better holistic living and a more properly maintained mind, body and soul.
Since it’s premiere, Spreading the Health has sold thousands of fresh juices and services hundreds of consumers daily. To up the ante, Hawk and her team have also introduced a specially designed a 7-day detox challenge that brand supporters can’t get enough of.
Monday, March 25th will kick-off the “The Reunion”, the spring detox challenge that fuses lifestyle and health and wellness for excited individuals, groups and organizations. For seven days, 21 detox juices, golden mix anti-inflammatory tea, detox events, amenities and concierge, STH style, will rule registered participants’ worlds.
“This detox and the overall program is necessary and nothing gives me more joy than to do this in a for a community and culture that’s so magical, motivating and resilient. Exercise and conscious consumption leads to better health, healing and more happiness”, Hawk offers. She continues, “and who doesn’t want to flaunt their best skin, bodies and aura for the new seasons!”
