This cozy venue offers the intimate charm and modesty of a neighborhood bistro with posh dinner fare worthy of a white linen steakhouse. Headed by Jamaican-born chef Gavin Blair, the West & Mill Bistro Bar offers a take on European dishes such as bacon and cheddar-stuffed pierogies, steak frites and duck pappardelle (with American classics like the hamburger and crab cake also making a menu appearance).
