To enter, fill out the complete submission form. All entries must include your first and last name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), an active e-mail address and your comment(s) about any article in the April 2012 issue.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, SALES PRESENTATION, OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. ONLY PARTICIPANTS WHOSE LETTERS ARE SELECTED FOR PUBLICATION WILL BE ENTERED TO WIN. Incomplete or duplicate entries will automatically be disqualified. Giveaway begins 4/01/12 at 12:01 a.m. (EST) and ends 4/30/12 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

The winning letters will be selected at Upscale Magazine's discretion. Winner selection executed at 600 Bronner Brothers Way, Atlanta, Ga. 30310, by a random drawing conducted on or about 5/18/12 by Upscale Magazine, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified and/or receive their prize(s) within two weeks of selection and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and a Publicity Release within 14 days of date on notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Costs for goods or services and applicable taxes are winner's responsibility. Winners consent to use of their names, hometowns, prizes won and likenesses for promotional purposes on behalf of Upscale Magazine without additional compensation. Giveaway open to all legal residents of the contiguous U.S. and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited by law.
